Combined Wood Cutting Machine

All three functions of combined wood cutting machine are well equipped with standard equipment which helps for high-performance lifting and tilting of the unit, carrying out the operation and easy setting among different machining functions with exact precision. A surface planer has been used to mill, square up or make a flat face for the rough surface of the wood in a large dimensioned surfacing table with the help of rollers. The rollers grab the material, moving it through the blades to skim off the wood from the ground side of the material. It makes the surfaces & edges of wood perfect to place on the sliding table for further process of thicknesser.

During the process of mortiser in combined woodworking machine, the attached chisel allows the cutting of preselected measurement to achieve the shape of a rectangle and square slots in the wood. The accurate & strong clamping system holds the workpiece, provides better gripping while heavy cuts with chip-free mortising and protects from any slippage during operation. It provides easy slide movements for precise mortising with perfect depth and is flexible for different work applications.

For the thicknesser, a rapid setup is possible after opening the surface table from the top. It helps to reduce the thickness of the material and gets similar dimensions on all the sides of the entire wood. The unique folding-top facility gives more visibility while trimming and is provided with an anti kick-back system as a safety feature to avoid backsliding.
